If you’re looking to return or exchange your order, we're here to help! We offer free returns and exchanges within 24 hours of product delivery. You can return your product for an exchange or a refund to the original payment method.
How do I return or exchange a product?
1. File a claim within 24 hours of product delivery by replying to your order confirmation email with a photo and/or video of the damaged package.
2. Print the prepaid return shipping label that you will receive by email.
3. Send all items back to us using the label provided.
Returns will receive a full refund to the original payment method, exchanges will receive a new product.
Default Shipping Date
The default shipping date for our Holiday Collection is October 1st.
